Pastor Mark LingleThe Rev. Mark Lingle joined St. Francis in Fall, 2000, as our Director of Christian Education, and he served for the past five years as the Assistant at St. Francis' Parish. With the retirement of Father Mayberry, Pastor Mark remains at St. Francis to preach, teach, and provide pastoral support. He studied at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, MN, and was ordained in the Lutheran Church. He previously served a parish in Columbus, MT, Danbury, CT and was the chaplain at Wooster School in Danbury.

The Rev. Debra Slade, M.Div., BCC serves as the Assistant Priest at St. Francis following a year as its seminarian.  Debra was ordained to the priesthood on January 2nd at St. Francis.   In 2008, she graduated with a Master of Divinity from Yale Divinity School with a Diploma in Anglican Studies.  Debra lives with her family (husband Peter Kent, daughters Laura and Emma, cat Binx and Westie Neville) in Ridgefield, CT.  She grew up in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and attended the University of Manitoba where she obtained a Master’s degree in English Literature. She left Canada to attend Oxford, University where she studied law as a Rhodes Scholar at Magdalen College.  Following Oxford, she taught law at the University of Chicago and Columbia University, and then worked for fifteen years as a not-for-profit executive, and advocate for increased research funding in the field of bladder disease, particularly interstitial cystitis.

Debra is the Chaplain and Director of Pastoral Care at Morningside House, a geriatric hospital and rehabilitation facility in the Bronx, and is a board certified chaplain with the Association of Professional Chaplains.  At Westchester Medical Center, in Valhalla, New York, Debra is an ACPE Supervisory Candidate for Clinical Pastoral Education (CPE), a course that trains ministers in pastoral care and hospital chaplaincy.  At St. Francis, Debra assists in liturgy and coordinates pastoral care and prison ministries. MayberryThe Rev. Richard Mayberry was the priest for 30 years, building up and shepherding this community. He retired in November 2007 to Southport, CT where he continues as a priest in the diocese and supports the work of local parishes.

Molly McGreevyThe Rev. Molly McGreevy (Molly, or Mother Molly or Mother McGreevy) came to us from The Church of St. Luke in the Fields in New York City.  She grew up in the Presbyterian Church, and is a graduate of General Theological Seminary. She has three grown daughters and a young granddaughter and grandson.


BrianMinister of Music Brian Frazier hails from Stamford, Connecticut and is currently the General Music Teacher and Choral Director at Hindley Elementary School in Darien, Connecticut.  Prior to teaching in Darien, Brian taught grades PreK-12 and college in Manchester, Hartford and Willimantic, CT.  Brian also serves as mentor music teacher for the Darien Public Schools and is the co-director and accompanist for the town-wide Honors Chorus.  Mr. Frazier's musical experience ranges from churches to choral work to musical theater.  Among the many musicals Mr. Frazier has conducted are Cinderella, The Wizard of Oz, You're A Good Man Charlie Brown, The Sound of Music, South Pacific, Show Boat, Pippin, Mame, Gypsy, The Music Man, Nunsense and more than 100 performances of Fiddler on the Roof.  Tel: (860) 916 5885

Mr. Frazier has also worked as Director of Music for several churches around Connecticut in both the Roman Catholic and Episcopal denominations.  He holds a B. F. A. in Music from Easter Connecticut State University, Masters' Degrees in Music Education and Conducting from University of Hartford/HARTT School and a Sixth-year diploma in Educational leadership from University of Connecticut.  In addition to being a teacher, Brian was recently appointed to the chair of Music in Worship with the Connecticut Chapter of the American Choral Director's Association.
