10th MILES FOR A MISSION RUN/WALK SEP 25, 2022

Wow! 80 people registered and almost $28,000 (gross) was collected to date. The weather was ideal and everyone was grateful to be back in person for our 10th annual Miles for a Mission event. Pastor Mark Lingle and New Covenant Center Executive Director, John Guttman, described the event and the work that NCC does in our community. Richard Weidlich gave a rousing rendition of the Star Spangled Banner and then the racers / walkers were off! The Dogapalooza produced tail wags, laughter and lots of dog hugs.

Thanks to our chairs of the Race Committee, Cindy Russell and Claudia Bilotti, and to our members: Joe Bilotti, Margery Irish, Cathy Ostuw, Linda Quinton, Dawn Randall, and Audrey Roco. It took everyone's efforts to put on such an amazing race! Thanks also to all who volunteered and participated. You made the day memorable!
