The annual meeting is an important gathering in our life together. Thank you for making every effort to attend and helping to secure a quorum for our deliberations. The meeting will immediately follow the 10:00 AM service. Those attending in person, will gather in the sanctuary. To join by zoom, click: JOIN HERE
As usual, various committees will present their reports, the Unsung Hero/Heroine of the past year will be recognized, and the following will be voted on:
- Approve the Parish List
- Approve the Minutes of the 2024 Annual Meeting
- Approve the 2025 Budget
- Approve the slate of officers and new vestry class
For those attending remotely, we ask the following:
- Please mute yourself for the meeting, unless you desire to speak regarding an issue
- Raise your "Zoom" hand or your actual hand if you would like to speak
- When you speak, please identify yourself, so that those attending will know who is speaking
- When voting, we ask that only those voting in the negative raise their hands
