The Rt. Rev. Laura Ahrens, suffragan bishop of the Episcopal Church in Connecticut, came to St. Francis on April 26 to preach and celebrate the 10 AM service. She also received and confirmed 7 people as Episcopalians. It was a joyous occasion followed by a special coffee hour with the bishop, where parishioners were invited to ask questions.
